The FIVE STAR Award Program provides a collective approach to identifying service professional which is unique in the marketplace and specifically designed to help consumers identify professionals who have scored highest in overall satisfaction (satisfaction of clients, peers and industry experts).
AN ELITE AWARD
The FIVE STAR Mortgage ProfessionalSM Award is limited to less than 7 percent of all mortgage professionals within the Orange County area. As an independent third party, Crescendo presents the FIVE STAR Award to assist consumers in selecting a mortgage professional who provides exceptional overall satisfaction, indicated by consumers.
THE SELECTION PROCESS
Crescendo surveyed, by telephone, more than 41,500 recent homebuyers and 20,000 subscribers of Orange Coast magazine.
Respondents were asked to evaluate only mortgage professionals they know through personal experience. They were asked to evaluate the professional on two categories of performance: overall satisfaction and whether they would highly recommend them to a friend.
Crescendo scored and screened each qualified mortgage professional against the California State regulating bodies to verify that licenses were current and that no disciplinary actions were pending.
Finally, qualifying mortgage professional were reviewed by a blue ribbon panel comprised of mortgage company executives, professional and trade-association officers, realty company executives, and others directly involved in the mortgage industry.
